PSYCHOLOGIST/FOUNDER/CEO

Dr. Colleen Long, Psy.D.

I am an entrepreneur at heart but somehow stumbled upon a PsyD along the way. Clarity is the love child of my passion for innovative clinical care and invention. I live in a little slice of paradise in orange county California and have boy/girl twins: Izzy & Cole and an Irish triplet just for kicks : Crosby who is 17 months behind. My first baby is Boodah (our corporation’s namesake) my four-legged 13-year-old Labradoodle. I am definitely more of a creative vs. engineering CEO and when I’m not wearing one of my many group practice owner hats, I’m playing piano, drums, bullet journaling, writing, doing a wordle, or putting together some fun list (yes lists are fun!) on Canva. I looooooove all things technology and am geeking out with the state of AI at the moment and how it can further improve mental health care.

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Sarah Feist

Sarah is the pulse of Clarity’s organization and manages all aspects of operations, including analyzing, planning, implementing, HR, recruitment, and finance. She manages the ins and outs of our practice and is available to answer any questions you have throughout the testing process. When she’s not at work, Sarah enjoys spending time at the beach with her family, practicing yoga, jogging, and listening to true crime podcasts.

Michael Gallicchio

Michael has over 25 years of experience in the technology and medical industries working for companies such as Merck, Oracle, Tableau, and Salesforce. Michael is responsible for driving strategic initiatives to expand our market presence, cultivate strategic partnerships, and increase revenue streams. Michael also helps to build company culture and increase retention rates.
